Q: Where is my Jupiter research?

If you are a JupiterResearch client, all of the research you bought is now available to you through Forrester.com. We've done this to improve your customer experience — Forrester.com allows clients to search, browse topics, browse research by analyst, and set Research Alerts so you receive the reports you need as soon as they become available. Keep in mind that you won't have access to reports and services that are outside of your contract.

Q: Do I now have access to all JupiterResearch and Forrester Research reports and services?

You will have access to the services you subscribed to. For instance, if you are a Jupiter client who does not also have a Forrester contract, you will only gain access to JupiterResearch documents.

If you are interested in a fuller complement of Forrester's services to make marketing and strategy professionals more successful, please contact your account manager or visit us at www.forrester.com.

What are Analyst Inquiries?

Analyst Inquiry is a one-on-one analyst interaction conducted as a scheduled 30-minute phone call with a single analyst or delivered as an email response from a single analyst. Analyst Inquiries should be based on our analysts' written research and respective areas of expertise. It is one or two questions about an analyst's existing research and requires no analyst preparation.

Response time varies by response method and priority as follows:

Standard priority: three business days (by email) or six business days (by phone).
Urgent priority: preferably within one business day.
Custom priority: flexible — schedule a future time and date to connect.

Member clients have unlimited access to this service. Readers have access using Service Units or via an enterprise Inquiry license. These analyst interactions are the ideal format to answer a specific question with regard to a research subject, get a feel for applicability, obtain clarification and updates, or even to challenge an analyst's findings or recommendations.

Please note: Analyst Inquiry is supported by those analysts who write for a specific product. Inquires cannot be submitted to analysts working on products that clients have not purchased.
