As a product manager, Chad managed Experian's B2B online Web sites and B2C email marketing platform with FloNetwork. He spent the past decade at several large marketing agencies delivering eBusiness and channel strategy to clients in insurance, retail banking, automotive, CPG, and grocery and pharmacy retail.

Chad brings experience and best practices from several industries based on his work with Cartier, CVS/pharmacy, E*TRADE, Mead Johnson, Pitney Bowes, Publix Supermarkets, Wachovia, and Verizon. He appears frequently in the press, including such media outlets as Insurance Networking News and Tech Decisions Magazine. Chad has delivered speeches at many events, including Forrester's client forums along with marketing, technology, and user conferences.

Education

Chad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing with honors and distinction from Iowa State University and an M.B.A. from the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University.
