Victoria leads the consulting practice for Forrester's marketing and strategy professionals. She and her team help marketing and strategy executives answer specific, strategic questions by conducting research-based consulting projects that leverage Forrester's extensive foundation of intellectual capital. These projects help clients improve their Web sites, evaluate interactive marketing tactics, and develop new online strategies.
In her previous role at Forrester, Victoria led multifaceted consulting engagements that leveraged expertise from multiple Forrester research teams. The consulting engagements helped clients improve their Web sites to achieve specific business objectives.
Prior to joining Forrester, Victoria spent eight years with A.T. Kearney, an international management consulting firm, where she led cross-functional teams responsible for defining market entry and business development strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Her clients included technology leaders such as Cisco Systems and Microsoft, as well as consumer-facing companies such as FedEx and Johnson & Johnson.
Victoria was previously a management consultant at Cannon Associates, where she helped US and European companies expand into emerging markets, such as Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
Victoria earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a master of science in foreign service from Georgetown University. She also holds an undergraduate degree in international relations from Tufts University.
