The Executive Leadership Exchange (ELE) is a qualification-only program. It is designed to deliver a premium experience for C-level marketing, sales, customer, and product executives. The program will expand on the Forrester thought leadership presented at the conference and create a private senior executive network supporting leaders’ priorities. Facilitated networking sessions will be offered that target best practices aligned to executive priorities.

Forrester B2B Summit 2025 Certification Program

Forrester is offering two new Summit-exclusive Certification programs, providing attendees with a curated event experience, guided practice applying Forrester’s ideas and frameworks to their own organization, and the opportunity to earn a professional certificate and badge by completing the program requirements.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in one of the following certification programs:

Note: The certification programs have limited capacity and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend registering early to secure a spot.

How to participate in the certification program:

  1. Use the Forrester Events App to pre-register for the kickoff workshop associated with the certification program of your choice. Due to limited capacity, attendees may only participate in one of the two certification programs.
    • For the Capitalize On The B2B Buyer Power Shift certification, register for the kickoff workshop “Dear [Attendee Name]: Could Your Personalization Strategy Be Better?” on Tuesday at 8:00am.
    • For the Harness AI For B2B Marketing, Sales, Customer & Product certification, register for the kickoff workshop “Unlock AI’s Full Potential With Forrester’s AIQ Framework” on Tuesday at 8:00am.
  2. Attend the kickoff workshop, where you will confirm your desire to participate in the certification program and receive access to the online course.
  3. Complete the certification requirements, which include attending a selection of sessions and submitting your reflections in the online course.
