Meet the Members

Forrester has assembled a group of trusted advisors for our CX APAC event. The members provide guidance on Forrester’s CX content, programme, and event experiences to ensure CX APAC meets the opportunities and challenges facing leaders in CX, Marketing, and Digital. Tommy Leong

Senior Vice President, End to End Digital Customer Relationship, Global Marketing at Schneider Electric

Tommy Leong is the Senior Vice President of End to End Digital Customer Relationship for Global Marketing in Schneider Electric since March 2023.  Prior to this, he was the Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for International Operations for 2 years, a region spanning South America, Middle-East & Africa, Greater India, East Asia & Japan and Pacific.  And prior to this, he was the Zone President of East Asia & Japan where he led Schneider Electric’s commercial operations in South-East Asia and North-East Asia for 6 years.

Tommy has 31 years of business experience in professional and consumer businesses in Asia-Pacific and China.  Prior to Schneider Electric, he held business management and marketing roles in Philips for 13 years, including President of Philips Lighting for Greater China, and Vice President of Philips Consumer Lifestyle for ASEAN and Pacific.  He started his career at Procter & Gamble, where he held marketing roles over 9 years in South-East Asia, covering the babycare and haircare categories.

Tommy graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and has completed executive development programs with INSEAD, Stanford-NUS and the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

Tommy is also serving as Board Directors for the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and the Green SG Collab.

Tina Morrell

General Manager, Customer Strategy & Experience Design at NRMA (National Roads and Motorist’s Association)

Tina Morrell is the General Manager for Customer Strategy & Experience Design for the NRMA. Tina is responsible for customer strategy, customer insights and data analytics, the digital experience, value propositions and program delivery. Tina is passionate about using a human centered design approach to delivering seamless customer experiences and has experience across banking and telecommunications having worked at Optus and CommBank in Product Management & Development, CX and transformational roles. Tina holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University and enjoys running.

Jason Stidworthy

Head of Digital Product & Experience at CBHS Health

Jason Stidworthy is the Head of Digital Product & Experience for the CBHS Group, a private health insurance company, which includes CBHS Health (a restricted fund for CBA employees and their families), CBHS International Health and CBHS Corporate Health. He is responsible for the customer experience across all digital products and platforms.
Jason has over 20 years’ experience leading cross functional teams to deliver digital transformation programs which ensure the customer experience is at the centre of business. Jason has worked across several industries including financial services, insurance, motoring, and travel both in Australia and in Europe.
