Predictions 2024: The Future Of Work

The workplace was filled with challenges for both employees and employers in 2023. Unfortunately, we see more of the same in 2024 — a full-blown employee experience (EX) recession in which employers take their eye off the ball. The business case for EX remains stronger than ever, but many leaders still struggle to listen to employees and put their concerns into action. In 2024, we’ll also see the rise of AI in the workplace, spearheaded by soaring investments in generative AI. Driving productivity in an environment of decreasing EX and increasing AI will be a central challenge.
