In Forrester's 61-criteria evaluation of global infrastructure outsourcing services vendors, we identified the 13 most significant providers in the segment — Accenture, Atos, Capgemini, CGI, Computer Sciences Corp (CSC), Fujitsu, The Getronics Workspace Alliance (GWA), HCL Technologies, HP, IBM, T-Systems, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and Wipro — in the category and researched, analyzed, and scored them.
