Summary
This report reveals the 2024 Net Promoter Score℠ (NPS) and industry rankings for 60 banks in Europe. To create these rankings, we asked customers in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the UK to state how likely they are to recommend a brand they’ve interacted with in the past 12 months. We also identify the top four NPS drivers per country and the average performance across all brands in each country. Use this report to benchmark your customers’ NPS and inform ongoing CX improvement efforts.
