Áine McCleary is Chief Customer Officer for Bank of Ireland, delivering a customer first strategy and culture across all parts of the Bank of Ireland Group. She is a member of the bank’s Group Executive Committee and is a Non–Executive Director of both the Bank of Ireland Mortgage Board and Bank of Ireland (UK) plc and a past President of the Institute of Banking. Áine has a wealth of experience in financial services having lead teams at a senior level across Retail, Corporate and Institutional banking
