Brandon Hanson leads global go-to-market and product marketing for Qualtrics Customer Experience & AI Solutions. He covers cross functional efforts across sales, product, and partner teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive tangible, return-oriented outcomes in Customer Experience. He previously managed client relationships with companies including Disney, Under Armour, eBay, and SiriusXM – collaborating to build their Experience Management programs. Recently, he has been focused on helping organizations integrate Customer Experience programs into their organizational technology stack. Brandon received his MBA from Duke University. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and teaching his three young children to golf, ski, and cheer for Duke Basketball.
