Chris supports Forrester’s North American strategy consulting practice. He focuses on helping organizations develop their service management strategy as well as applying customer experience (CX) principles to IT service delivery. Chris also advises CIOs around tech modernization, focusing on areas such as cloud computing, next-generation IT platforms, and automation. Additionally, he supports clients in IT service management and organizational design, including process improvements and optimizing IT operating models.
