Craig Goddard

Global Customer Director, BUPA Group

Craig Goddard is the Global Customer Director at Bupa Group. Since joining Bupa in 2024, Craig has been responsible for driving the company-wide customer agenda to achieve Bupa’s ambition to be the world’s most customer-centric healthcare company. He leads Bupa’s customer strategy towards a proactive, personalised and exceptional experience for more than 60 million customers across three Global Market Units and 23 different Business Units.

Bringing over 30 years of experience and passion for building outstanding customer experience, in previous roles Craig has driven Customer Transformation at a Group level for BT in London, and MAF in Dubai where he worked as Director, Group Customer Experience. In both organisations, Craig was accountable for Voice of the Customer, Continuous Improvement, Capability Building and Design & Innovation.

Craig’s industry experience spans Healthcare, Insurance, Telecoms, Retail, Leisure & Entertainment, Hospitality, Financial Services, Grocery, and Residential Communities

Craig also spent seven years experience at Accenture in the UK, where he worked with clients across diverse industry sectors, shaping and delivering customer strategy. More recently Craig spent three years as Global Lead for SAP’s CX Advisory practice in Consumer Industries.
