As the Director Security, Customer Solutions Engineering at Rocket Software, Cynthia leads the suite of security products with the goal of making Rocket Software the premier mainframe security organization. A 40-year industry veteran in mainframe compliance, risk management, governance and cybersecurity business case development, Cynthia has leadership experience across industries, including IT, security, healthcare, and financial services. Cynthia was President and Co-Founder of Key Resources Inc (acquired by Rocket Software in 2023). Cynthia also serves on the Board of Directors at SHARE, where she oversees their Women in IT initiative, helping create a network of mentors that guide, encourage and inspire the next generation of women in IT. She has committed her career and personal life to building community and culture, creating unique experiences, tackling tough issues and influencing sustained change.
