Chief Talent and DEI Officer, Rocket

KimArie Yowell is responsible for team member development programs along with the DEI strategies for the businesses within Rocket Companies. This includes L&D, post-secondary education, career development, diversity and inclusion, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. KimArie holds multiple degrees, including a BS in Business from Wayne State University, a Master of Management and Administrative Sciences from the University of Texas, Dallas. She recently completed her Doctorate in Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
