Hannah Jachim

Researcher, Forrester

Hannah is a researcher on the customer experience (CX) team, specializing in European consumer insights, customer journey mapping, CX/UX design, and CX measurement. Previously, Hannah was a senior research associate at Forrester. She contributed to the teams’ research on mobility, smart manufacturing and digital teams/skills. Hannah earned a research master’s degree in urban and economic geography from Utrecht University and holds a BA in geography and a BSc in psychology from the University of Vienna.
