Jeanne Jones

Vice President of Digital Marketing, BECU

Jeanne Jones joined BECU in 2022 and has almost 20 years of experience in lifecycle marketing. As BECU’s Vice President of Digital Marketing, she is responsible for digital marketing strategy and execution, marketing automation, and member communication for the country’s fifth largest credit union. Prior to BECU, Jeanne led customer marketing at Amperity and spent over 20 years at Alaska Airlines as Director of Guest Communications and Guest Experience. During this time, she built lifecycle marketing and led activities around the merge of Virgin America Elevate and Alaska Airlines’ Mileage Plan programs. Jeanne holds a BA from the University of Washington and sits on the board of Junior Achievement of Washington.
