Managing Director, IT Strategy, Architecture and Governance, BNP Paribas Bank Polska

Joanna Ostrowska-Szajnfeld is a senior IT leader with 20 years of experience in the financial sector and consulting.

She started her career in IT consulting at Deloitte, then gained experience within Nordea and PKO BP groups where she managed operations and strategic transformations.

Within the structures of BNP Paribas Bank Polska, Joanna leads the IT Strategy, Architecture and Governance team. She focuses on scaling technology to increase operational efficiency and digital resilience.

Joanna graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Warsaw. She is also an alumni of the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School.

She was recognized as Strong Women in IT 2023.
