Paul looks after Commercial Excellence for Business Mobility within Shell. Paul’s focus in a nutshell is to help sales & marketing with proper methodologies, technology and capabilities. With the ambition that the marketing and sales community can obtain the right competences and assets to consult customers through a fitting methodology on their decarbonization journey with Shell. Everything he does is with a scalable and sustainable mindset, so the global community – operating in over 25 markets – is not only supported today, but also tomorrow in an everchanging environment. Paul is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Previous Work Experience
Paul has worked in a variety of Shell businesses, e.g. Chemicals, Lubricants, Retail and now for the past few years he is with Business Mobility (which includes Shell Fleet Solutions and our Commercial Road Transport).
His experience spans across Operations, Marketing and Sales and mostly involves global project roles that aspire a leap change involving new technology, ways of working and a significant amount of change management across the organisation.
