Sarah Haywood, CIO / CDO is an experienced digital leader who is passionate about the power of technology to drive transformation. Haywood has more than 25 years of IT leadership experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, with previous roles at Carlsberg Group, Mondelēz International and Kraft Foods. In her most recent role as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Carlsberg, Haywood was responsible for reimagining Carlsberg’s technology landscape; creating a digital platform to enable the brewer to embrace new business models and leverage new opportunities to connect with its employees, customers and consumers.
