Stephen Ratpojanakul leads Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group for Tech, Manufacturing & B2B. The Digital Strategy Group defines Adobe’s vision for industry-leading customer experiences, how brands can enable those experiences, and the business benefits brands should expect to achieve. They also engage with select Adobe customers & partners on how they can accomplish their strategic objectives by benchmarking them and jointly developing a vision and plan for transformation. Prior to launching Adobe’s Digital Strategy Group in 2016, Stephen spent 10 years helping leading brands across Retail, Travel, Financial Services and Telecom establish and scale their digital analytics, optimization and personalization programs.
