Steve has more than 20 years of experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors. As Principal CX Advisor at Medallia, he delivers both strategic and practical guidance to clients, enabling them to design and operationalize programs, services, and experiences that improve mission effectiveness, drive customer growth and loyalty, and shape employee experience and engagement. Prior to Medallia, Steve helped launch the experience management program at AARP as Director of Strategy and Change Management. Steve was previously a Senior Advisor at Forrester Research working with CIOs and CTOs to develop and execute their digital transformation agendas in order to better serve both customers and employees, and has a decade of public policy and management consulting experience.
