Ron is a vice president and executive partner with over 20 years of experience in the field of customer experience (CX) management. He provides guidance and expertise to CX executives as they develop, scale, and mature their CX practices.
Ron spent eight years as a vice president in Forrester’s strategy consulting group, where he oversaw the CX practice and led large-scale CX transformation projects. Prior to that, Ron served as vice president, principal analyst. As an analyst, Ron led research in the field of CX management and helped pioneer multiple evaluation methodologies that have served as the backbone for much of Forrester’s current CX tools and frameworks.
